uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and
unique, to ensure that our subscribers are protected against what is nowadays a
virtually non-existent risk. PayGate's systems also have inbuilt system
redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide you with a virtually uninterrupted
service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. PayGate's systems have evolved over
many years and throughout their history they have continuously sought and gained
bank approval for their systems
Using industry standard SSL, Thawte and PayGate
unique encryption systems, PayGate ensures a secure transaction environment.
When the shopper fills in the payment form and clicks the submit button, their
details are not sent straight away. What actually happens is that a secure link
is set up between the shopper's browser and PayGate and an encryption code is
requested and received, which then wraps the order and transaction details
before leaving the shoppers premises. Your credit card details will NEVER be
disclosed to any third parties, unless obliged to do so by law.
Privacy & Security
Sports Insider will treat all personal
information you give us as strictly confidential and no personal information
will be made available to third parties, unless obliged to do so by law or legal
process. When you forward personal information including your name, email
address, mailing address details to us, your browser will encrypt such
information before it is sent to us. Once received, we will protect such
information from unauthorised access and use.

Cancellation
If for any reason you are unhappy with the service that you are receiving please notify us by email at info@sports-insider.com or via our Call Centre +27 21 7018244 within 5 working Days of subscribing to the service and you will be refunded your full
subscription fee.
Failure to notify us within 5 working Days will result in the full subscription being forfeited.
Please ensure that your mobile phone is not switched off for extended lengths of time as this will result in your failure to receive the SMS messages.
