Q: What is an SMS(Text Alert)
A: The terms
SMS (short message service) is the ability to send and receive text
messages to and from mobile telephones. The text can comprise either words
or numbers or an alphanumeric combination. The character limit is at
present set to 160.
Q: How many SMS messages
will I receive
A: Any
breaking news will be sent to you during the course of the season.
The amount of SMS messages you receive will depend on the type of package
that you have chosen. If you don't think you are receiving the correct
amount of SMS messages please contact the Sports Insider by sending us an email: info@sports-insider.com
Q: I registered but have not
received any SMS messages yet.
A: As soon as you have been registered a
welcoming SMS is sent to you. If you have not received this
message it may be due to a delay caused in getting credit card approval.
If however your credit card transaction has been confirmed and you still
have not received a welcoming message you will need to send an email to info@sports-insider.com
for assistance as there may
be a problem with your mobile telephone number.
Q: I was receiving SMS messages but now they have stopped.
A: If you have changed your mobile number or
if your mobile has been switched off you will not be receiving SMS
messages. However, if this is not the case please contact us
urgently by sending an email to info@sports-insider.com.
Q: My mobile number has changed what must I do.
A: It is of vital importance that you notify
Sports-Insider immediately there are any changes to your mobile number.
This can be done by sending an email to info@sports-insider.com.
Q: The season is just about finished – what must I do to renew my
subscription.
A: To renew your subscription you can send
an email to info@sports-insider.com.
Q: Can I have my SMS service
stopped for a short period of time.
A: Yes you can. All you need to do is
send an email to info@sports-insider.com
letting us know on what day you want the service stopped and when you want
it switched back on.
